Develop a Project Brief which shall consist of THREE components;
1. Development Proposal (A3 Report)
2. Project Brief (A4 Size - ONE PAGE ONLY)
3. Schedule of Accommodation (SoA)
This exercise would require you to consolidate and synthesise findings from:
- Assignment 1A: Clients Need Study
- Assignment 1B: Precedent Studies
- Architects’ Data / Metric Handbook
- By-Laws
Tabulate the necessary spaces with the required floor areas in the Scedules of Accomodation. You should also include the areas for all ancillary facilities, services and circulation. Be mindful NOT to include areas for car park and outdoor services into the calculation of building internal floor area.
