RETREAT LODGE (FAMILY UNIT) REQUIREMENTS

SITE SETTING - 10m x 15m compound within a setting of an orchard / tropical park;
GROSS FLOOR AREA - 75 m.sq.
BUILT UP AREA - 66 m.sq.
CAPRET AREA - 60 m.sq.
CAPACITY - maximum for 5 people in a family; there shall be a private bed room (min. queen size bed), common sleeping area, common changing room & common lavatory.
BUILDING TYPOLOGY - a modular 2 storey habitat lodge for retreat for a SINGLE UNIT and flexible for a REPETITIVE UNIT design for horizontal arrays only;
CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL - main structure using prefabricated STEEL with LIGHTWEIGHT building envelope including GLASS;
CONSTRUCTION METHOD - Industrialised building system (IBS) for full VOLUMETRIC IBS and/or IBS COMPONENTS and/or combined prefabricated method.
